    Krueger 1-2 Stojsavljevic*

Both these players are big servers, and Ashlyn Krueger has to make full use of it to stave off two break points for Mika Stojsavljevic.

The American finds her spots when she needs them and manages to hold, but it will be a confidence booster for wildcard Stojsavljevic to get a sniff of a break this early on.

Jasmine Paolini is taking no prisoners on Court Two now!

  4. Badosa holds to lovepublished at 19:20 British Summer Time 30 June

    Badosa 2-6 2-1 Boulter*

A morale-boosting hold to love for Paula Badosa.

The ninth seed races through this game without giving Katie Boulter a chance to even get into a rally.

  5. Boulter holds to lovepublished at 19:18 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Badosa 2-6 1-1 Boulter

    Brilliant from Katie Boulter.

The British number two holds to love and has now won 10 straight points on serve.

A series of powerful forehands that does the job this time with Paula Badosa only able to watch them whizz past her.

  6. 'Badosa has got to get more first serves in'published at 19:15 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Badosa 2-6 1-0 Boulter

    Martina Navratilova
Nine-time Wimbledon singles champion on BBC TV

Beating top 10 players lets you know that you belong.

Katie Boulter has got a leg up on most of the field when she would have spent more time on the grass and played more matches on it and it is showing so far.

Paula Badosa has got to do a better job of getting more first serves in.

When your serve doesn't feel right, it bleeds into other areas of your game and emotionally it is a much bigger problem.

  7. Badosa holdspublished at 19:14 British Summer Time 30 June

    Badosa 2-6 1-0 Boulter*

This is really impressive stuff from Katie Boulter.

She picks up where she left off in the first set as she takes Paula Badosa to deuce but this time the Spanish ninth seed fights through to hold.

Sealed with an ace down the T.

  8. 'She can't hit the ball better than she is now'published at 19:13 British Summer Time 30 June

    Annabel Croft
Former British number one on BBC TV

I don't think she [Boulter] can be hitting the ball any better than she is now. She is middling it, she looks confident and is playing with a lot of freedom. Everything is landing deep in the baseline.

The ball coming at her really suits her, and she is lapping it up.

  9. A cooler Centre Courtpublished at 19:12 British Summer Time 30 June

    Badosa 2-6 0-0 Boulter*

    Gary Rose
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Only a small patch of the court is now bathed in sunshine, with the rest covered by the shadow of the Centre Court roof and stands. There is also a coolish breeze now, which is most welcome after what has been, at times, a stifling hot day.

Speaking of breeze, Katie Boulter certainly breezed through that first set, although Paula Badosa just took a moment there, standing facing away from the court with her hand on a hip and taking a deep breath.

  10. Game and first set - Boulterpublished at 19:10 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Badosa 2-6 0-0 Boulter

And a hold to love does the job for Katie Boulter.

An impressive first set and she is making light work of ninth seed Paula Badosa.

Can she keep this momentum up?

  11. Game and second set - Paolinipublished at 19:10 British Summer Time 30 June

    Paolini 2-6 6-3 0-0 Sevastova*

Just as we thought, this match is going long!

Jasmine Paolini comfortable sees out her service game to take this first round match to a third set on Court Two.

The Italian is showing her mettle and looks to be coming into her own after a sub-standard opening set.

Anastasija Sevastova has opted to take an off-court medical timeout to regroup before taking on this third set. There's no doubt her level dropped in that second set.

  12. Postpublished at 19:09 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Badosa 2-5 Boulter

Katie Boulter is making this look easy.

Three impressive first serves and she has not blinked yet.

    Three set points...

  13. Dart exits in first roundpublished at 19:08 British Summer Time 30 June

    Dart 6-3 3-6 5-7 Galfi

    Harry Poole
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

It’s not to be for Harriet Dart, who falls short in the decider against Dalma Galfi after two hours and 20 minutes in the 30-degree heat.

It never quite went Dart’s way after the opening set, and the frustration began to show in the second. Try as she did to feed off the crowd, her Wimbledon ends on court 17.

It’s a tough one to take against a lower-ranked opponent, but Dalma Galfi was able to remain more consistent as the heat-related fatigue set in for both players.

  14. Badosa holdspublished at 19:07 British Summer Time 30 June

    Badosa 2-5 Boulter*

Katie Boulter is loving life out there right now.

This first set could be done before the crowd even returns.

Set point for Boulter... But she can't take it as Paula Badosa serves her way out of trouble.

A forehand down the line is too much for Boulter to chase and it is over to the Brit to see if she can serve it out.

  15. Around the groundspublished at 19:05 British Summer Time 30 June

American Jenson Brooksby has taken the first set against Dutch 31st seed Tallon Griekspoor 6-2.

But it's going much smoother for 21st seed Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.

The Spaniard took the first set 6-2 against American Brandon Holt and it's level at 3-3 in the second.

  16. Paolini serves for second setpublished at 19:03 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Paolini 2-6 5-3 Sevastova

Jasmine Paolini and Anastasija Sevastova seem to be taking it in turns to take control in this second set.

I'm not sure whether it's the heat or tiredness, but there have been a staggering five breaks of serve in this second set.

Whatever it is, they will have to battle on as there is every possibility this match will be going to a third set.

  17. Boulter holdspublished at 19:03 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Badosa 1-5 Boulter

Is Paula Badosa finding her range now?

She gets it back to 30-30 on Katie Boulter's serve with some big groundstrokes.

No stress for the Brit, though, as she backs up the double-break with ease in the end.

  18. game, set and match

Game, set and match - Galfipublished at 19:00 British Summer Time 30 June

    Dart 6-3 3-6 5-7 Galfi

She had to do it the hard way but Hungarian Dalma Galfi, the world number 110, comes from a set down and is through to the second round at Wimbledon.

Harriet Dart saves three match points but she can't save the fourth one and hits a forehand long.

It was a valiant effort from Dart but the British number four falls at the first hurdle in her home slam.

  19. Boulter gets a second breakpublished at 18:59 British Summer Time 30 June

    Badosa 1-4 Boulter*

Paula Badosa looks to be feeling the pressure early on as an unforced error brings up 0-30.

The ninth seed seems to settles herself down to bring it back level at 30-30 but another error brings up another break point.

Badosa is getting the timing all wrong on her high ball toss and Boulter breaks for second time.

The British number two will be feeling very happy at the change of ends.

  20. An extra treat on Court Onepublished at 18:59 British Summer Time 30 June

    Jess Anderson
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

A huge cheer from the Court One crowd as it is announced that fifth seed Taylor Fritz's match against Frenchman Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard is being moved to this court.

What a treat for these punters.
