Maybe this is the type of match that Iga Swiatek would like at this stage of the tournament, where someone is going to challenge her with a lot of balls and ask a lot of questions. But there isn't going to be a too much from Elina Svitolina that is going to hurt her.
At the moment it looks like Swiatek has too much for Svitolina - she was looking a little bit lame in that last game.
Svitolina 1-3 Swiatek*
That's unlucky. Svitolina does ever so well to meet Swiatek's powerful shot with her back to the net but can't get it over the barrier.

Iga Swiatek was really tested there and had to come up with some terrific ball-striking.
She is having to keep pace with what Elina Svitolina is throwing at her because it is clear that Svitolina is going to go after that ball and try to get Swiatek off-balance deep into that forehand corner.
Svitolina isn't going to allow her to start dictating the points.
Svitolina 1-1 Swiatek*
A decidedly more straightforward service game for Svitolina than Swiatek's effort as she secures the hold to 15 when her serve only pings off the Pole's racquet.

I think Elina Svitolina is going to have to put her foot on the accelerator in this match.
She will have to try to get the balance right, but she has never been someone to just sort of spray balls erratically anyway.
I do think she's really going to have to push herself to get on the front foot and take control of the rallies against Iga Swiatek.
Svitolina 0-0 Swiatek*

Svitolina v Swiatek
Elina Svitolina produced a superb fightback to upset last year's finalist Jasmine Paolini in round four.
The Ukraine 13th seed is bidding to reach the semi-finals at Roland Garros for the first time, having reached the quarter-finals on previous occasions but never gone further.
"I still cannot believe this match finished my way. I still feel my head is in the match and in a big battle," she said after beating Paolini.
"It was a really difficult match, Jasmine was playing really well. It was tough for me but I'm happy I stayed composed, fought until the very last point and here I am in the next round."
