1. Can Coco Gauff crack the code?published at 20:03 British Summer Time 7 July

Wimbledon has been the toughest Grand Slam to crack for Coco Gauff, who made her breakthrough at SW19 as a 15-year-old in 2019 with a spectacular win over Venus Williams.

Now 20, Gauff has reached the semi-finals of the Australian Open and Roland Garros, while she won last year's US Open.

But she has never made it into the quarters at Wimbledon.

She's got a great chance to do so here - taking on compatriot Emma Navarro, who she cruised past in their only previous meeting earlier this year.

More from Lulu Sun, talking after defeating Britain's Emma Raducanu in the fourth round:

How did you develop a game so well suited to grass?

"I played a bit in juniors and then a couple of pro tournaments. I think just watching the professionals growing up. For example, Federer, of course, coming towards the net, and I watched also Steffi Graf versus Martina Navratilova on YouTube.

"It was just so amazing to watch them. Of course I couldn’t watch them live but I was taking it it all on from the pros, and trying to do that for my game."

  3. All-American battle up next...published at 20:02 British Summer Time 7 July

    Navarro v Gauff

    Emma Navarro and Coco Gauff

Up next we've got an intriguing round four tie with 19th seed Emma Navarro facing second seed Coco Gauff.

Navarro is playing at Wimbledon for just the second time, having gone out in the first round last year, but she has breezed through to this stage.

After straight set wins against China's Wang Qiang and Japan's Naomi Osaka she required three sets to beat Russian Diana Shnaider.

Gauff is the highest seed remaining in the women's draw after top seed Iga Swiatek was sent home on Saturday following a straight set loss against Yulia Putintseva.

The American rivals have only previous met once, with Gauff earning a comprehensive 6-3 6-1 victory at the Australian Open in January.

Can Navarro earn her revenge on the grass?

Disappointment for Emma Raducanu. Her exit means she is the last Brit standing to fall at Wimbledon in both the men's and women's singles. But given where she was at the beginning of the year with injury concerns aplenty I think she would be quite happy with this run.

Just a couple of weeks ago she had never beaten a top-10 opponent but now has two of those scalps under her belt after victory over Jessica Pegula at Eastbourne and Maria Sakkari in the third round at SW19.

Plenty of positives to take and hopefully she can stay injury free and rebuild that form of a few years ago.

Let's hear from Lulu Sun, who has cme through qualifying, to reach the second week of Wimbledon - she is into the quarter-finals:

    Sum up your emotions:

"It was a great match against [Emma Raducanu]. I really dug deep to get the win. I really had to fight tooth and nail because she obviously going to run for every ball and fight until the end. I’m just incredibly – I don’t even have the words right now."

On taking on a Brit and being super composed on Centre Court:

While walking through the Centre Court, I was just looking around and taking it all in for the first time. I’m just super happy to be able to play on this court in front of all of you. It’s just such an amazing experience for me."

It's been a long old slog for Lulu Sun to get to this point. Coming through qualifying means she has already played seven matches to reach the fourth round of Wimbledon.

This is what it means. She will face Croatian Donna Vekic in the next round and with the women's draw completely opened up with no Aryna Sabalenka, no Iga Swiatek - who knows what could happen...

    Lulu Sun sounds absolutely shell-shocked.

Annabel Croft is the perfect interviewer to keep her at ease and coax out a few thoughts.

Sun sobs before composing herself with the help of a generous ovation from the British fans.

"I don't really have the words right now..."

The Kiwi qualifier goes on to say her superb grass-court game has been aided by watching Roger Federer coming to the net and watched YouTube videos of Steffi Graf versus Martina Navratilova from back in the day.

Even if Emma goes out here, she can be so proud of her performance and run at Wimbledon. She is back and rebuilding. We just need to give her time to do so. Great signs here for the future.
