Emma Raducanu chuckles to herself as Lulu Sun gives her no room to return the forehand then nails the smash to draw level.

From 0-30, she brings up game point with a cross-court forehand winner and converts it when Raducanu's volley drops into the net.

You can see Raducanu is much the higher quality player. Hitting the ball much better than her opponent. Only a matter of time before she turns it around and pulls ahead

    Fox - Lancashire

Whatever happens in the end of this game, two things are for sure - Emma is back in business and this Lulu Sun isn't going away anytime soon either. Plays nothing like her rank, I expect we will be seeing a lot of her in future! Great match.

Emma needs to stop being so passive on the second serve return and take that extra step in to court where possible when rallying. Taking the ball early will put Sun on the back foot.
