Mpetshi Perricard is now playing his seventh match of this tournament, normally you’d be playing a finalist at this stage.

He’s just getting used to these tournaments having recently come into the top 100 and going this far in the tournament takes it out of you.

'Man from Brixton!' Getting to know Frenchman Arthur Fils

France's Arthur Fils is enjoying a dream run at Wimbledon as he looks to reach the quarter-finals of a Grand Slam for the first time.

The 20-year-old beat Polish seventh seed Hubert Hurkacz in round two and he has his sights set on another seed in the shape of Australian ninth seed Alex de Minaur.

Fils exited Wimbledon in the first round on debut in 2023 but his extended run this year has granted him the chance to soak of more of the British culture.

And that's good news for Fils, who is huge fan of Netflix hit 'Top Boy' and cites British rappers Dave, Central Cee and Stormzy among his favourites.

I think we might be in the clear.

I haven’t felt any rain drops falling on my noggin for a few moments now so it’s looking like we’re going to keep going on court two.

A good thing too, because this match is still anybody’s to win. I have a feeling we could be going the distance here.
