    Dart 3-2 Wang*

Good start for Wang Xinyu after the rain break.

With Harriet Dart struggling with her serve in the blustery conditions, Wang takes advatange.

One break point is saved but Wang brings up another with a superb return, slapped down the line for a winner and when Dart finds the net, they're back on serve.

    Norrie 4-6 3-2 Zverev*

Zverev looks OK. Perhaps just a little tentative, he won't want to slip again. Having said that he is shaking his head between serves. Not as comfortable as it seems?

Norrie misses the backhand but stays in the volley on the next point and eventually Zverev floats his backhand into the net for deuce.

Take two. Let's hope we're out on court two for more than 25 minutes this time.

I got absolutely drenched making my way back to our BBC Sport base.

    *Dart 3-1 Wang

Harriet Dart is seconds away from resuming, a break up on China's Wang Xinyu in the first set.

To give you an idea of the conditions, during the warm-ups just now, a spectator let go of their umbrella and the wind blew it the length of the court.

Dart watches it blow past her with a smile.

Ben Shelton is putting on a serving clinic at the moment and looks as though his run of five-set matches could be coming to an end.

He’s putting on a show in front of Roger Federer.

    Norrie 4-6 3-2 Zverev*

    Tim Henman
Former British number one on BBC TV

I thought Zverev did pretty well to get up and compete in some long rallies. I guess it will be interesting to see when he starts serving.

He’s still flexing his knee at the change of ends there.

    Norrie 4-6 3-2 Zverev*

Norrie is not quite sure how to handle this. He’s in a bit of a dilemma and he’s trying to find a way to get into this.

I tell you what I would do – I’d start drop shotting him. Test him.

    *Dart 3-1 Wang

The sun is shining and there are loud cheers from the court two crowd as Harriet Dart and Wang Xinyu re-emerge after a rain delay of an hour and 10 minutes.

There are still some clouds overhead but the sun is poking through for now. Long may it continue.

    *Norrie 4-6 2-2 Zverev

Nothing wrong with the Zverev forehand.

He comes into the net and his dropshot kisses the line while Norrie is still in the far corner of the court. Deuce.

Somehow Zverev is able to continue.

He's moving very gingerly though and keeps anxiously looking up to his team, which is led by dad Alexander senior and his brother Mischa.

Returning in this game might be helpful. Get through this and he then has a sit down to further recover.

    *Norrie 4-6 2-2 Zverev

Hmm, he's not 100% comfortable for sure.

Between points Zverev is clutching his knee and bending over his racquet.

Norrie tries to capitalise but has perhaps also been a bit distracted by the injury.

Court One gasps as a line judge takes a 136mph Ben Shelton serve right on the head.

Shelton comes to the net in concern but the line judge gives him a wave.

    Hard as nails.

Oh no. The Centre Court crowd gasp in horror as Zverev goes down after jarring his left knee.

A lot of concern for the German. He's still not got up off the grass.

Brings back awful memories from when Zverev suffered a nasty ankle injury in the 2022 French Open semi-finals.

Fingers crossed he will be able to continue but it isn't looking good.

    *Norrie 4-6 2-2 Zverev

Well after what happened to Zverev on court at Roland Garros two years ago where he had to be taken off in a wheelchair after tearing ankle ligaments you just fear for the German here.

    *Norrie 4-6 2-2 Zverev

    Oh no.

This doesn't look good for Zverev. He is in some bother here with his knee after slipping and it looks like he hyper-extends his left knee then bangs his right into the Centre Court turf.

Zverev has not got up yet and out comes the physio. This doesn't look great.

    *Norrie 4-6 2-2 Zverev

That Zverev serve is just really troubling Norrie at the moment. He's going to have to figure out a way of playing against it.

Back-to-back aces secure the fourth seed the hold.
