'Challenges remain for jobs market' - Mark Hoban

The employment market is still facing challenges "as the economy heals" the employment minister has said.

Mark Hoban told BBC News that the general trend was for a rise in employment and a fall in the jobless rate.

Official figures showed that unemployment increased by 7,000 between November and January to 2.52 million.
