Rail restructure is 'missed opportunity' says RMT union head Mick Lynch

The RMT General Secretary Mick Lynch has told the BBC that the government's restructuring of the railways is a "missed opportunity".

He said ministers could have opted for a publicly-controlled railway including the direct operation of the trains.
