Student's three As not enough for first choice university
Emmanuel Okoghenu has spoken of his disappointment after missing out on a place to study law, even after achieving three As at A-level.
Speaking to the BBC, Mr Okoghenu said he had applied to LSE and received a scholarship, but required an A* grade to ensure his place.
He says he has been offered a place to study at the University of Essex but would have no scholarship so would have to pay the fees himself.
