Many patients in England 'happy with hospital care'

The results of a survey of hospital patients in England appear to show that most people were satisfied with the care they received.

Four hundred thousand people were asked to rate their experiences on the wards and in A&E departments over a three month period.

However patients on 36 of 4,500 hospital wards in England said they would not recommend them to relatives.

Sophie Hutchinson reports.
