Doctors' workloads: 'Care system is in crisis', says GP
A survey of more than 15,000 UK doctors suggests that longer appointments and better funding are needed to improve services.
The poll, by the British Medical Association found that over 90% thought their workload had a negative impact on the care given to patients and that only one in 10 felt standard 10 minute consultation slots were adequate.
