Health Secretary Matt Hancock: 'We need to build a better, stronger NHS'

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has told the BBC how he intends to shake up NHS bureaucracy to make a "better, stronger NHS".

Under the changes, councils and NHS services will be able to set up bodies that can make decisions about how to join up services locally.

But Labour has questioned the timing of the reorganisation in the midst of the pandemic.
