Tim Peake and crew board the ISS

UK astronaut Tim Peake and his fellow crew members have boarded the International Space Station, which will be their home for the next six months.

Their Soyuz space rocket took off from Kazakstan on Tuesday morning at the start of their mission.

Mr Peake, a former Army pilot, will be carrying out a series of scientific experiments for the European Space Agency.
