Chandlers speak to the BBC after release
Rachel and Paul Chandler have spoken to the BBC in Mogadishu about their 13 months in captivity and their release on Sunday.
Speaking to Andrew Harding, Rachel Chandler, 56, said they had remained "sceptical" after the gang leader told them on Friday they would be freed.
Paul Chandler, 60, said they had received "no communication since the middle of June from the outside world", but wanted to thank "Somalis around the world" and the country's government for their help.
