Abu Qatada wins deportation appeal
The radical Muslim cleric Abu Qatada will be released on bail after winning his appeal against deportation to Jordan at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission.
Home Secretary Theresa May has said she will do everything possible to "get rid" of Abu Qatada, "and we will continue to do so".
His appeal was upheld after lawyers claimed he would not get a fair trial in Jordan, where he is accused of plotting bomb attacks.
