Padstow speedboat deaths: 'Driver not using kill cord'

The investigation into the Cornwall speedboat accident that killed a father and daughter has found the driver was not using a safety device which could have stopped the engine.

Nick Milligan and his daughter Emily died when they were hit by their own vessel.

Other members of the family were also seriously injured.
