Woolwich attack: Suspects 'wanted to get caught'

An eyewitness to a suspected terror attack in south-east London has described how two suspects behaved as if "they wanted to get caught."

Joe Tallant said the men would have had time to escape before the police arrived, but that they instead encouraged onlookers to call the police.

Unconfirmed reports have described the victim as a serving soldier.

Footage has emerged showing a man wielding a bloodied meat cleaver and making political statements.
