Universal Credit recipient: 'Process is making me ill'

The implementation of the government's flagship welfare reform has been "extraordinarily poor", MPs have said.

The Commons Public Accounts Committee said the roll out of the Universal Credit system had been beset with problems, and faced considerable challenges.
