Where might cuts to benefits come?

Major cuts to housing and sickness benefits have been considered by the government, the BBC has learned.

Ministers have also been looking at lowering further the total amount of benefits that can be claimed by a household in parts of the UK.

It is part of Conservative plans to save £12bn from the welfare budget.
