George Osborne hails JCB jobs growth

Chancellor George Osborne visited Staffordshire-based digger maker JCB to hear the company announce the biggest investment plans in its history.

The company is putting £150m into the business over the next five years, creating 2,500 jobs.

It plans to expand its current headquarters in Rocester, and build two new factories at its sites in Uttoxeter and Cheadle.
