SNP on charging English students at Scottish universities
The SNP's Kenny Gibson is challenged over the charging of students from England, Wales and Northern Ireland - but not the rest of the EU - at Scottish universities.
He said Scottish students were charged at English universities and that "We are just being reciprocal", and he rejects the claim of a Scottish subsidy made by Conservative MP Peter Bone.
