Tory MP Peter Bone on funding English and Scottish education
Tory MP Peter Bone said there was "no wonder" Scotland can give free tuition to its students as its education was better funded than England.
The Northamptonshire MP also spoke out against Scottish MPs having a say on English matters, and called for "English votes for English members".
