David Cameron: 'We have to plan for every eventuality'

Prime Minister David Cameron has said the UK needs to "plan for every eventuality" in Libya, including the possibility of enforcing a no-fly zone over the country.

Speaking in Downing Street alongside Afghan President Hamid Karzai, Mr Cameron said the ''maximum possible pressure'' had to be kept on the Libyan regime.

He added plans also had to be made for a ''potential humanitarian crisis''.
