Eurozone: German MEP Elmar Brok on UK banks and euro
A centre-right German MEP said there would be treaty changes ahead for the eurozone countries, but they would not affect Britain, as the EU tries to sort out the euro problems.
Elmar Brok told Jo Coburn that Britain was in a worse situation than some euro countries because of its high inflation, high debts and "very unstable banks".
