Ed Miliband: Chancellor must 'change course'

Labour leader Ed Miliband has urged the chancellor to ''change course'' over the economy as George Osborne prepares to make his Autumn Statement.

Mr Miliband said the current plan by the coalition government is ''hurting, but not working''.
