Budget 2012: Ed Miliband's income tax taunt to cabinet

Labour leader Ed Miliband challenged members of the cabinet who will benefit from the lowering of the top rate of income tax from 50p to 45p to raise their hands.

In his response to the Budget speech, he also joked ''now he is going to be able to buy his own horse," in reference to the prime minister.

David Cameron recently admitted he had ridden a former police horse cared for by former News International boss Rebecca Brooks.
