Housing Minister Mark Prisk on first-time buyers

The new housing minister explained the government did "not want to create the next boom and bust" as he spoke to Andrew Neil about plans for building homes and schemes for first-time buyers.

The prime minister spoke of the need for new homes in his address to the Conservative Party Conference on Wednesday.
