Spending Review: Residents take over council services

Local councils in England are expecting to take a further hit in Wednesday's Spending Review, but some communities are working together to keep their libraries and sports centres going.

The Local Government Association reckons councils have already had their budgets cut by a third since 2010, and warn any further squeeze will jeopardise some services.

James Vincent reports from South Yorkshire, where some people have decided to "stand up and... have a go" and run some services for themselves.
