Speaker Bercow deals with MPs in House of Commons

Speakers of the House have developed a bruising and robust style to put errant MPs in their place.

John Bercow called Defence Secretary Philip Hammond "incompetent" when his officials failed to produce any briefing notes for backbenchers for a session.
