Scottish independence: Swinney on IFS financial report

The Scotland Act will give Holyrood the power over 15% of the taxes raised in the nation, but that was "not nearly enough" said John Swinney.

Scotland's Finance Minister said an independent nation would be "able to deliver a better economic future if we have the control of the economic levers that will put Scotland at an advantage."
