Scottish independence: Swinney on IFS financial report

The Scotland Act will give Holyrood the power over 15% of the taxes raised in the nation, but that was "not nearly enough" said John Swinney.

Scotland's Finance Minister said an independent nation would be "able to deliver a better economic future if we have the control of the economic levers that will put Scotland at an advantage."

He spoke to Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics after IFS Deputy Director Carl Emmerson gave his views about the challenges ahead for the UK and Scotland in the coming years following the publication of its report,
