Autumn Statement: What did George Osborne unveil?
Five months away from the next election, the Chancellor has delivered his Autumn Statement which included unexpected reform of stamp duty for home buyers.
But on the broader economic front George Osborne had to admit that the deficit was not falling as quickly as planned and warned there would have to be "very substantial" cuts in public spending in the years to come.
