PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on NHS in England and Wales
The Speaker intervened as David Cameron and Ed Miliband clashed over claims about health services in England and Wales.
The Labour leader asked about new guidance that allegedly made it harder for hospitals to declare a major incident, but the prime minister said NHS West Midlands had made the change without referring to central government.
And Mr Cameron claimed that "Labour's catastrophic cuts and mismanagement in Wales have cost the NHS clear", but Mr Miliband said the NHS in England was "in crisis and under strain".
