Boris Johnson: 'US lectures' on Brexit 'paradoxical'

Boris Johnson has said that he finds "lectures" by the United States on EU referendum "paradoxical [and] very odd".

The Mayor of London said: "I think it's very odd that the United States, which guards its sovereignty so zealously and so jealously, should be giving [Britain] lectures about going into this federal system... I think that's very perverse, paradoxical.
