Red meat trade 'confidence' warning by promotion body
The body responsible for promoting red meat in Wales is warning the industry cannot afford a repeat of the horsemeat scandal.
Meat Promotion Wales says consumer confidence appears to have recovered since it was undermined by the issue.
It comes a year since a meat processing plant near Aberystwyth was raided by police investigating the mislabelling of meat products.
