Swansea mayor pays tribute to Manchester bombing victims

The mayor of Swansea has paid tribute to the victims of the Manchester Arena terror attack.

Twenty-two people were killed and 59 injured when suspected suicide bomber Salman Abedi, 22, attacked concert-goers on Monday night.

Speaking at a vigil for the victims in Swansea on Tuesday, David Hopkins said it was a "day of real sadness".
