Glan Clwyd Hospital: 'Gross departures' from standards of care
The health minister has apologised for failings on a mental health ward after a damning report said patients suffered "institutional abuse".
Mark Drakeford told the assembly on Wednesday that Betsi Cadwaladr health board was right to apologise for "gross departures from basic standards of care" at the Tawel Fan Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
He said efforts would continue to identify and take action against those responsible.
