Queen's Baton Relay: St Lucia hope to inspire a sporting generation

The Caribbean island of St Lucia will host the Commonwealth Youth Games in 2017 and many there hope it can help to inspire a generation of athletes.

Rockets Athletics Club are looking forward to the Games and they have been stressing the importance of sport and education as the country prepares.

Coach Martial Charlery set up the club in 2004 and believes they are striking a good balance between sporting and academic success.

BBC Queen's Baton Relay reporter Mark Beaumont joined the Rockets for a training session during the baton's short stay in St Lucia and witnessed their big ambitions for the future.
