Joy and anger at UN Libya move

Libya's government has declared an immediate ceasefire, hours after a UN Security Council resolution backed a no-fly zone over the country.

The passing of the resolution was greeted with joy in the rebel stronghold of Benghazi. But, as Allan Little reports from Tripoli, the situation across Libya remains tense.
