DR Congo M23 rebels 'wanted ceasefire'

The M23 are to fight back against Democratic Republic of Congo government troops, the rebel group's leader has said.

Bertrand Bisimwa told BBC News that his group had begun a ceasefire, before they came under fire from the military.
