Ai Weiwei court challenge fails

Chinese artist and dissident Ai Weiwei has failed in his second attempt to challenge a fine for tax evasion which he says is politically motivated.

In July an appeal against the 15m yuan ($2.4m) fine imposed on Mr Ai's company for tax evasion in 2011 was rejected, and on Thursday a court in Beijing rejected his challenge to that decision.
