Turkey's PM Erdogan losing patience with protests
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned his patience "has a limit" as anti-government protests continued for a 10th day.
Thousands of protesters gathered in Istanbul's central Taksim Square and Ankara's Kizilay Square on Sunday. Riot police fired tear gas and water cannon to disperse the demonstrators in Ankara for the second night in a row.
The initial protest over an Istanbul park has since spiralled into nationwide demonstrations, with protesters accusing Mr Erdogan's government of becoming increasingly authoritarian and trying to impose conservative Islamic values on a secular state.
