Security monitors to go to Ukraine

The European security organisation, the OSCE, has agreed to send an international monitoring mission to Ukraine.

The 57-member Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe - which includes both Russia and the European Union - reached a deal on Friday evening.

It will will send advance teams within 24 hours to areas including the violence-hit south-eastern areas.
