Ukraine crisis: 'Offer' made to end east Ukraine standoff

Ukraine's interim Prime Minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, says the government has made an offer to try to end peacefully a standoff with pro-Russian activists who have occupied government buildings in the east of Ukraine.

Mr Yatensyuk has been visiting the eastern city of Donetsk, where activists have taken over an administration building.
