Ukraine rebels 'reject truce talks'

The leader of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic in eastern Ukraine says that he would reject peace talks with Kiev officials.

Alexander Zakharchenko also said his fighters would try to push their front lines to the borders of the Donetsk region.

His comments come as the United Nations announced more than 5,000 people have died in the conflict.
