Cyprus conflict: Key issues at UN-mediated talks

A new round of Cyprus reunification talks has opened in Switzerland - and this time there is more optimism.

But the Greek- and Turkish-Cypriot leaders have to negotiate some tough issues, such as property rights, future governance and the Turkish troops who have occupied the north since 1974.
