President Obama's toast to China and the US
President Obama has hosted his Chinese counterpart, Hu Jintao, at a lavish state dinner at the White House.
The event was attended by big names from the world of show-business and politics.
It followed a day of what were described as "candid discussions" during which Mr Hu acknowledged that China must do more to improve its human rights record.
