Cargo rocket Cygnus takes-off on maiden voyage to ISS
A cargo capsule has taken off from the US, destined for the International Space Station.
The Cygnus space freighter, developed by NASA and Orbital Sciences Corporation, is one of two private systems seeded by Nasa to meet the International Space Station's re-supply requirements following the retirement of the space shuttles.
It is expected to reach the ISS, which flies around 250 miles (400km) above earth, on Sunday.
