Moonlight wins best picture, La La Land mistakenly announced as the winner first
Emma Stone and Casey Affleck win best acting awards
Viola Davis and Mahershala Ali win best supporting awards
British stars go home empty-handed
Well, after all that drama, everyone is going to want to head to an after party and have a drink.
So stick with us for another hour or so as we'll be bringing your more reaction to the ceremony.
There are a *lot* of funny tweets coming through about the screw-up.
Most of them reference Steve Harvey - who famously announced the wrong winner of Miss Universe in 2015.

What just happened?
Well, we know what just happened. They read out the wrong best picture winner.
Now I haven't been following the Oscars for all 89 years but I've never heard of anything like that happening before.
After Warren Beatty initially announced La La Land, two people came on stage - Brian Cullinan and Martha Ruiz from accountancy firm PwC.
They are the people who count the votes and the only people who knew the correct result, and so that there had been a mistake.
...Not sure about you, but we're a bit speechless, on two levels:
First, that Moonlight beat La La Land.
And secondly, that the wrong best picture winner was announced. Has that ever happened at the Oscars before?!
It looks like the actor was given the wrong envelope by mistake.

Moonlight has actually won best picture - Warren Beatty read out the wrong winner.

It's the award for best actor next - which sees Casey Affleck go up against Denzel Washington.
Making him the youngest winner of this category in Academy history, he accepted the award saying:

Halle Berry, here to present the best director award, is making quite the tonsorial statement this year with a veritable explosion of curly twirls.
The 50-year-old Oscar winner told reporters on the red carpet she wanted to "celebrate her natural hair by allowing it to be natural and free".

So far the only winners flying the flag are Orlando von Einsiedel and Joanna Natasegara (pictured), who won best documentary short for The White Helmets.
I think the only British interest in the remaining categories is Andrew Garfield in best actor and Lion producer Iain Canning in best picture - neither of whom is likely to win.
