Blackpool Teaching Hospitals' telephone system in North Lancashire and South Cumbria is still affected by floods, limiting its ability to receive incoming calls.
BT has put in place measures which allow the sites to receive calls – at a reduced capacity.
Outgoing calls and internal calls are not affected by the fault.
