Commuters are facing delays of up to 30 minutes after a tractor broke down on the A10 near Waterbeach.
The accident happened on the southbound carriageway and police went to the scene.

Greater Anglia is running limited train services today.

Train operator Greater Anglia has cancelled 951 services, external so far as temperatures across the East plummeted overnight.
Hundreds of trains have been halted between 06:00 on Tuesday and midnight.
The company is advising passengers to check before travelling as a limited service is running elsewhere, external across the East.
Suffolk County Council's school closures website does not appear to be working this morning, but you can keep checking here, external.

A reduced timetable is running today on Great Northern services, due to the severe weather conditions.
Commuters are advised to check their train journeys before they travel.

At the latest count, there are currently 36 schools across Norfolk closed because of the adverse weather conditions, with some citing access issues, treacherous rural roads and heating failures.

The adverse weather has closed Norwich Airport,, external but it is expected to open again at 08:30.
Passengers are being advised to still check-in as normal with their airline.
The airport has "apologised for any inconvenience caused".
Two flights have already been cancelled - the Flybe BE7623 service from Aberdeen to Norwich, and the Norwich to Aberdeen E7622 service.
All passengers originally travelling from Norwich to Aberdeen on BE7622 have now been rebooked on to flight BE7626 departing from Norwich at 15:55.
At the moment it doesn't look like any flights are disrupted at Stansted Airport.
However, it is reminding passengers to check the latest status of their flight with the airline before travelling.

The cold weather is expected to continue, with temperatures expected as low as -3C (27F).

Despite the cold temperatures, London Luton Airport, external says it is "operating as normal" at the moment.
However, it is advising that because of the "adverse weather forecast, we advise all passengers to check with their airline for the latest status of their flight".
Passengers are also being told to allow extra time for travel to the airport in the event of snow.
